WHO  and  THAT...

O uso do who (quem)

Who é usado na oração no lugar de uma pessoa. 

I like people who like dogs. 

A thief is a person who steal things. 

O uso do which

O pronome relativo which é usado na oração no lugar de objetos ou animais, ou seja, no lugar de qualquer coisa que não seja uma pessoa. Veja:

I don’t like books which do not have happy endings. 

O uso do that

That pode substituir who e which.

I like people that like dogs. 

I don’t like books that don’t have happy enidngs. 

O uso do whose

O pronome whose é usado na oração no lugar de dele, dela, deles, delas:

A widower is a man whose wife is dead. 

Romero brito is a famous artist whose favorite color is yellow. 

O uso do whom

Whom é usado no lugar de who quando ele for objeto do verbo na oração relativa.

I admire the people with whom  i work. 

O uso do where

Usamos where nas orações relativas quando nos refermos a lugares:

I would like to live in a place where it doesn’t rain often. 

A habitat is the place where an animal or plant species lives.
